Return & Refund Policy

At Phoenix Nutrition Inc., we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience. 


NO Returns:

There are NO returns once the order has been shipped and left our office. Returns/Refunds can be made if an item was ordered incorrectly and we must be notified immediately.

Returns and or Refunds will not be accepted once the shipping carrier has picked up the order.


Return/Refund Process:

Contact our customer service team at 1-855-642-6725 or Info@PhoenixNutritionInc.com to initiate a return/refund.

Once the return/refund has been approved, you will be provided with the proper documentation.

We will process the refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.


Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt.

We will provide a replacement item.

In the event of a defective item, we will also cover the cost of return shipping.

Refund Guidelines:

Customers are eligible for a full refund of their original purchase as long as the order has not been shipped and or picked up by the shipping carrier.

Note that Phoenix Nutrition Inc. is not responsible for covering a return/refund once the item ships and or is picked up by the shipping carrier. The item(s) and any shipping fees, and applied discount codes will not be refunded.

For instance, if you purchase an item(s) and choose to return it before it leaves our office, you will receive a refund.

Our Privacy Policy and Terms provide additional information regarding disputes regarding damaged items.

It is important to note that wholesale quantities are not eligible for this policy and we are not liable to issue any refund for opened items once it has been received and or shipped.


International Orders and Customs:

Phoenix Nutrition cannot be held responsible for products that may be prohibited in your country or require special clearance to pass through customs.

Before placing an order, we advise you to contact your local customs office to verify if the products and sizes you are purchasing can be imported without any special permits or prescriptions.

In the event that your package is rejected by you or your country, any shipping fees imposed by the carrier for returning the order will not be included in your refund.

Orders that are abandoned for any reason, including lack of import permits or because the item is banned in your country, will not be refunded.


Customer Service:

Please note that these terms are non-negotiable and will be enforced at the discretion of Phoenix Nutrition Inc.

Our customer service will not investigate any order disputes after the 30-day grace period. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a recent order, please contact us immediately.

We are available five days a week from Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM CST and can be reached through live phone, and or email available on our contact us page.
